The Grandstream GHP630W brings Wi-Fi 6 to the higher end of Grandstream's hotel phone lineup, built for guest rooms, apartments, dormitories, hospitals, and other multi-unit properties. A 3.5-inch, 480×320 color screen keeps calls and menus easy to read, and the dual-band radio covers both 2.4GHz and 5GHz under the 802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax standards, so it holds a stable connection in buildings with heavier Wi-Fi traffic. A 10/100 Ethernet port with Class 2 PoE is still on board for rooms where running a cable makes more sense than going wireless, and the included power adapter covers setups that skip PoE entirely.

On the calling side, the phone runs 2 SIP lines, supports 3-way conferencing, and uses full-band Opus to keep audio sounding natural rather than compressed. Since hotel networks aren't always clean, the phone's jitter handling holds up even when packet loss reaches 30%, keeping calls usable instead of choppy. Six soft keys shift their function based on context, ten more are set aside for speed dial, and a USB-C port on the side can charge a connected device at up to 500mA. On the security side, secure boot and 256-bit AES encryption protect the device itself, while GDMS gives IT staff one place to configure and monitor every phone across a property, whether it ends up on a desk or mounted to the wall.
