The Grandstream GHP621W Desktop Hotel IP Phone combines wireless connectivity and practical call-handling features in a compact solution for hotels, healthcare facilities, residential complexes, and other shared environments. Its built-in dual-band Wi-Fi 6 operates on both 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands with 802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax support, allowing flexible placement without relying solely on wired network connections. For conventional networking, it also provides a 10/100 Mbps Ethernet port with Class 2 PoE. The phone supports two SIP accounts, three-way voice conferencing, and full-band Opus codec for clear voice communication, while its jitter buffer and packet-loss handling help maintain call quality under challenging network conditions.
For high-traffic installations, the GHP621W adds an antimicrobial housing tested to ISO 22196 specifications, along with six programmable keys and 10 speed-dial options for convenient call access. An interchangeable faceplate allows customization for business environments, while the integrated USB Type-C port can provide up to 500 mA for auxiliary device charging. Centralized administration and mass provisioning are supported through Grandstream Device Management System (GDMS). Additional capabilities include Hearing Aid Compatibility (HAC), secure boot, and flexible desktop or wall-mount installation, giving the GHP621W the functionality needed for managed hospitality and shared-space deployments.
