Its slimline housing incorporates a customized faceplate and two programmable soft keys that can be assigned to service hotlines, giving users quick access to frequently required services. With support for both desktop and wall-mounted installation, the phone can be positioned according to the available space and room layout.

For voice communication, the H601 combines wideband G.722 and Opus codec support with a full-duplex hands-free speakerphone and acoustic echo cancellation. This configuration supports clear two-way conversations while allowing users to communicate without lifting the handset. On the connectivity side, a 10/100 Mbps Ethernet port provides network access with integrated Power over Ethernet (PoE), while an optional 5V/1A DC power adapter offers an alternative power option when required.
