The Grandstream GHP631 Desktop Hotel IP Phone combines a clear color display with convenient call-control features for hospitality, multi-dwelling, healthcare, and professional environments. Its 3.5-inch 480 × 320 color LCD provides an easy-to-navigate interface, complemented by 6 context-sensitive soft keys and 10 speed-dial keys for quick access to frequently used functions. Network connectivity is provided through an auto-negotiating 10/100 Mbps Ethernet port with PoE Class 2 support, enabling power and data over a single network connection.
For voice communication, the GHP631 supports 2 SIP lines, 3-way conferencing, an HD speaker with wideband audio, and the full-band Opus codec. A jitter-resilience algorithm is designed to maintain voice communication with packet loss of up to 30%. The phone also includes a USB Type-C port with 500mA output for external device charging, along with secure boot and 256-bit AES encryption. Through Grandstream's Device Management System (GDMS), administrators can centrally configure, provision, manage, and monitor the phone. Desktop and wall-mount installation options provide flexibility for different deployment environments.
